This service is available for selected database & Operating Systems which require specific skills to manage the hardware and software components of the co-located equipments. HCL works with the client to customize this service offering based on the customer's requirement.
Managed Firewall Services
Either a complete IT security infrastructure can be deployed at the co-located premises or HCL can extend its managed FW port for the customer servers.
Back-up Services
Application and database back-up facility is available to provide daily, weekly and monthly back-ups. These backups can be on tapes or auto scheduled backup on IP from primary to backup servers.
Server and Network Monitoring Servers
Proactive monitoring of all co-located servers and network equipment (IP, SNMP enabled) to provide real time monitoring of health and availability of the network devices with critical performance data trends.
Facility Management Services
Dedicated resource at the Data Centre or Customer's premise with skill sets and experience on troubleshooting of basic and advanced software tools like SQL, Oracle, JSP, ASP, IIS, Apache, Tomcat, CGI-Perl, PHP with networking and System skills.
